Starting Time Reservations
Contact the Pro Shop (802) 878-3747
Reservations are strongly recommended.
Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated.
Weekdays:
Members may reserve starting times, by contacting the Pro Shop, 4 days in advance.
Non-Members may reserve starting times, by contacting the Pro Shop, 3 days in advance.
Weekends & Holidays:
Members may submit a starting time request ballot by no later than 4pm, the Monday prior to the weekend. WGC Staff will draw ballots in equity and assign starting times which will be posted by 4pm the Tuesday prior to the weekend.
Members that did not submit a starting time request ballot may reserve starting times on the Wednesday prior to the weekend.
Non- Members may reserve starting times on the Wednesday prior to the weekend.
Our goal is to accommodate the demand for starting times and provide access for as many players as possible. Please assist us and make your reservations in the following manner:
1. Contact your friends or family first.
Finalize the names and number of players
that will be in your group prior to contacting us.
2. Make an accurate reservation.
Do not book your reservation for more players
than you are certain will be joining you.
3. Call Pro Shop with any changes or cancellations.
It is unfortunate that we have refused starting times
to other members or guests when you arrive
with fewer players than your reservation.
